Get help with Gathr
For help with sign-in, events, friends, messages, contact matching or Stories, email tamenang@thegathrapp.com. Gathr is operated by Tamenang Choh.
Privacy inquiries
Use the same address for privacy requests. Include “Privacy request” in your subject and describe what you need. Please do not send passwords, SMS verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
Reports and safety
Use the report controls on user profiles and events to raise concerns. You can also block users. If you cannot access the app, or need to identify a concern involving a message or Story, contact tamenang@thegathrapp.com with enough context for us to investigate. Please do not send harmful media unless requested through an appropriate channel.
Response target
Support emails, privacy inquiries and moderation reports are monitored daily by the operator. We aim to provide an initial response within 24 hours. Investigation or resolution may take longer.
Account deletion
Request account deletion in the app’s Settings. Cleanup continues after the request is accepted. Shared history and safety evidence may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. If you cannot sign in, email tamenang@thegathrapp.com for help.

Gathr is a free social event-discovery app for people age 16 and older. The initial public release is intended for the United States. Events are hosted by users. Use appropriate precautions when meeting others.
